I used to work for Lou Dobbs and Stuart Varney, so I was relieved to finally get confirmation on his long absence. Hopefully he’s back Monday ready to spit fire.

It was at CNN Moneyline in the 90s. Dobbs ran the show and Varney and Debbie Marchini were the other business anchors.

Stenographers for the SOCIALIST at the Lamestream “media”? We all need to get behind Mike Rowe & his Blue Collar push. Can’t tell you how many people I know who got a 4 yr. & what a waste of money. My wife as an example: Major in Journalism (was swayed, partly by the Mary Tyler Moore show, believe it or not. Even drove to the Twin Cities to ck. them out) & a Minor in radio & TV. Never worked one split second in either. Works in Opthomalogy field. The other of a ton more: Her oldest Brother. Has a PhD, retired as a Security (white shirt) Officer at a mfg. plant maning the truck gate. 30 yrs. All prospects in the late ’70’s went to hell as they figured he’d want at least 100K to start. The IDIOTS never had an ounce of intelligence (these are the PALTROONS running museums) as he had very little money & NEEDED a job. You know, rent, utilities, food etc. aren’t given to you free. He finally got fed up talking to all the DUMB & DUMBERS in the same person got that job as a guard no prob. They needed someone, he needed them….so Badda Bing Badda Boom, guess which employer was & is overflowing with intellect & brains? I didn’t realize Pittsburgh was soooo full of morons!

Nice if it’s true, but the in- consideration of Mr. Dobbs AND Fox towards the loyal fans is still an issue, and an apology for not uttering even a short statement concerning his absence from his show is absolutely in order and should be forthcoming with the announcement that the policy will indeed change from now on. 😒

I hear you man, got concerned about you when I didn’t see you on the show. Thought the left took you down to, like they target the NRA. Take as much time as you need, your health takes priority. Get better, make sure your ship-shape, and step up to the mic. The world is a lesser place without your voice in it. I don’t agree with everything you have to say, but I agree with your right to say it. Conservative pundits are a rare breed of animal in the leftist agenda media, I try to intake as many different views as possible as an independent whose loyalty lies with neither party, and need you on the air to counter-balance CNN, MSNBC and the mainstream media. I bet you will have a lot to say, particularly after that CNN town hall. Lots of people have been going at it after that, NRA are being targeted. Please, lend your voice and end this insanity, the left are going too far.

The very fact that “nobody at fox would say anything” makes me believe that there is more to this story then we are being led to believe.

On the other hand, if he did in fact have medical/health issues, one would think that out of common decency, SOMEONE at FOX should have let his viewers know. It is, however, possible that Lou himself wanted it to be private.

Still I’m having a hard time believing that something else was at play. FOX has hone this to him before, without explanation. Something smells fishy!
