Whether Will is an idiot or no is for other’s to decide. He most definitely is well scripted and an effective speaker. It’s not like others with similar abilities, 2 former demonicrat presidents come to mind, have not misled Americans before. Tex is spot on with his comment. Mark Robinson speaks from his heart and mind with more eloquence, honesty and passion than any politician. He needs no English teacher to help with crafting a speech. I know because I was one and also a judge for high school speech and debate competitions. Honesty and passion trumps all flaws. Eloquence flows naturally from those. May Mr. Robinson live long in freedom and prosperity.

Mr. Johnson is 100% correct on all he said. 250 million LEGAL Gun owners, no crimes committed by them, and when a shooting happens, the first ones to have their rights taken away, the Legal Owners of weapons. Take a good look at statistics of how teenagers die in-natural deaths. The highest is Drug OD’S. Next texting while driving, next is suicide, (No Hope), next, social problems, and the list goes on, school shootings . on the very bottom. . In DC, all the schools that are private schools, where politicians (either party) , attend, plus many government workers kids go also, they have at least 6 ea armed Guards in Civilian cloths. These schools never get shot up. We need mandatory armed guards in all public schools also. Planes, airports have armed guards, so do bus stations and train stations, also sporting events, Cruise ships, shopping malls and many major stores. Yet te far left has brain washed us not to protect our kids in schools? Instead tey use our kids, grandkids as pawns to take away a constitutional right? That is ot only totally stupid, it is also sinful.

The only difference of opinion I have with Mr. Robinson is on the military value of an AR15. It depends on who’s holding that weapon, and whether or not their trained.

I WANT a military grade weapon in my safe. I want SEVERAL military grade weapon’s in my safe. In fact, my safe once held over a dozen tricked out COMBAT rifles while their junior enlisted owners were downrange with …. ah… various government supplied military grade rifles.

The Second Amendment was written to protect my right to have, hold, shoot, display, brag on, as many “military grade” weapons as my wife will let me foolishly invest my money towards.

And unlike Mr. Robinson, I’ll be so audacious as to admit that when they outlaw my weapons, I will become an outlaw. In fact, I almost certainly broke California laws by holding those special operators weapons for them while they were deployed, and I never slept better for it.

Kudo’s for Mr. Robinson, for going out to speak in public, when he knows he’ll be vilified for holding forth on his Constitutional values. Without a doubt, his great grandfather, or perhaps great, great grandfather did not own a gun because the government outlawed blacks from owning weapons, particularly in the old South. He knows the value of the rights the leftists want to take from him.

    Reply

    • Daniel April 6th, 2018 at 9:00 am

The 2nd amendment not only includes military grade equipment, it pretty much requires it. With every constitutional amendment, there is a collection of writings and discussions about the purpose of the amendment so that the true meaning, intent and purpose can be determined when brought into question.

First, define militia. At the time and even today, the proper definition of militia is fighting aged men. And the purpose of the militia is to defend the land against enemies foreign and domestic. In order to do that, we must have access to weapons equal to or better than those which would be used against us. It could not be any more clear.

The second amendment was written to guarantee our government shall not stand in the way of our ability to survive as individuals or as a nation of free people.

“Laws that forbid the carrying of arms….disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.

Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.”

    – Thomas Jefferson

    In other words….

“Gun control? It’s the best thing you can do for crooks and gangsters. I want you to have nothing. If I’m a bad guy, I’m always gonna have a gun.”

YET …… Yeah, you go ahead and ban those nasty semi-automatics … and make it PROFITABLE for the smugglers to bring in handgrenades, RPG rocketlaunchers, FULL AUTO machine guns ……. up until your ban it was not worth the effort to bring them in ……
You are totally incapable of stopping the DRUGS that flood the streets
You are totally incapable of stopping the ILLEGALS that flood the streets
You are totally incapable of stopping the Washington DC CORRUPTION that poisons America.
…… greasy machine tool smelling weaponry will be a breeze. And OY-VEY! the profit margin! Then there is the matter of all military weapons WE have strewn all over the World with absolutely no accountability or tracking …. wait til THOSE chickens come home to roost. Imagine a nutcase launching an RPG into a school ….
. when you take away the semis a demand will make true military stuff profitable. and the demand WILL be met.

    Reply

  55. Ron Kelley April 8th, 2018 at 7:28 am

I suspect the reason the Media and Politicians react so favorably to minorities is because the minorities are typically very NOISY / create a lot of drama and the Media & Politicians just love drama. If there is no drama – they will even go out & create the drama because it sells newspapers and magazines & gives the Politicians a chance to make it look like they are actually doing something worthwhile. Well maybe we need to create and show them some real MAJORITY DRAMA. A type of drama that they may not like.

I’ll let those below decide for me:

“A free people ought to be armed.” ~ George Washington

“A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.” ~ George Washington

“The thing that separates the American Christian from every other person on earth is the fact that he would rather die on his feet, than live on his knees!” ~ George Washington

“Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples’ liberty’s teeth.” ~ George Washington

“Guns in the hands of citizens may be used at individual discretion… in private self-defense.” ~ John Adams

“No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, at last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government” ~ Thomas Jefferson

“The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed.” ~ Thomas Jefferson

“The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (quoting Cesare Beccaria)

“Americans have the right and advantage of being armed, unlike the people of other countries, whose leaders are afraid to trust them with arms.” ~ James Madison

“The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country.” ~ James Madison

“Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? … If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?” ~ Patrick Henry

“Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined…. The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun.” ~ Patrick Henry

“The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.” ~ Patrick Henry

“To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them…” ~ Richard Henry Lee

“A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves … and include all men capable of bearing arms.”
    ~ Richard Henry Lee

“Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves.”
    ~ William Pitt

“To disarm the people is the most effectual way to enslave them.” ~ George Mason, Father of the Bill of Rights

“I ask sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few politicians.” ~ George Mason, Father of the Bill of Rights

“… arms … discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property…. Horrid mischief would ensue were (the law-abiding) deprived the use of them.” ~ Thomas Paine

“The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.” ~ Joseph Story, U.S. Supreme Court Justice 1811-1845

“The ruling class doesn’t care about public safety. Having made it very difficult for States and localities to police themselves, having left ordinary citizens with no choice but to protect themselves as best they can, they now try to take our guns away. In fact they blame us and our guns for crime. This is so wrong that it cannot be an honest mistake.”
    ~ Senator Malcolm Wallop

“Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American… The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.” ~ Tenche Coxe, The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788.

“Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act of depriving a whole nation of arms, as the blackest.” ~ Mahatma Ghandi

“Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.”
~ William Pitt, British Prime Minister 1783-1801, 1804-1806

“This may be considered as the true palladium of liberty…. The right of self defense is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.” ~ Saint George Tucker

“If someone has a gun and is trying to kill you … it would be reasonable to shoot back with your own gun.” ~ Dalai Lama

“A system of licensing and registration is the perfect device to deny gun ownership to the bourgeoisie.” ~ Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

for saying it just the way it is. I’m with you on the ‘fight back,’ also. I am so proud to call you brother. God bless

As Mr. Robinson was speaking, I could feel my insides swelling with Pride! Here is a Man that was saying things that I always felt, but could not put into words.
It is soooo good to know that People like Mr Robinson are out there and can articulate so well..

    Thank You Mark Robinson…..
