Judicial Watch: Hillary’s 33,000 Deleted Emails Found, Court Orders September RELEASE…

WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails will be released to the public in September 2018, in accordance with a court ruling pertaining to the contents of Clinton’s “backup” email device.

It turns out that fired FBI director James Comey had Hillary Clinton’s definitive backup email device the entire election and never searched it.

Thanks to the work citizen researcher Larry Kawa, the coverage of Big League Politics, the determined congressional work of Rep. Ron DeSantis, and the lawyers of Tom Fitton’s Judicial Watch, a court ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Randolph Moss orders the State Department to hand over the contents of the backup device by September 2018, right before the midterm elections.

Big League Politics exclusively learned that Hillary Clinton’s email storage company, Platte River Networks, subcontracted to a company in Connecticut called Datto, which backed up the vast majority of Clinton’s deleted emails, text messages and other electronic communications. Datto handed six disks containing information to the FBI in October 2015. One of those disks contains at least a great many of her missing emails. Comey turned the disks over to the State Department, which has been compelled to search them and release the contents.

“We don’t know what the FBI did once they had the device and the information on it. What we know is since the investigation ended in July of last year the material found on that device has been forwarded from the Justice Department to the State Department,” Michael Bekesha, a Judicial Watch senior lawyer working the case, told Big League Politics in an exclusive interview.

Rep. Ron DeSantis grilled FBI director Christopher Wray about the Datto device in a hearing, marking the only time a lawmaker has mentioned the device on the record. Wray dodged the question about why the FBI never searched the device. DeSantis is now leading the charge to hold Obama administration officials legally accountable for their actions during and after the 2016 campaign.

    Wray = Scum.
Trump = Fu##ed up hiring Wray… needs to start over with new and improved FBI director.
Voters = Getting soooo tired of this dog and pony show, where no one knows anything, no one gets charged and no one goes to jail.

I’m not sure you are reading closely. This is a good thing. September is still far away. but it will make for plenty of negative Clinton headlines as we head into midterms.

This whole website would be even better than it already is if all of the articles posted on the home page linked first to a comment page so that the CPF community can add input/comments to even outside articles.

I can do that with one simple adjustment, but I always assumed that would upset readers. Perhaps I will give it a try.

Please… The extra page isn’t a bother and it allows you to post the full original article’s title on the home page (search engines can see them here then), and allows for your brief reaction/comment title above the community comments for further discussion.
True pundit does this on their articles but there is no comment section that would foster a TP community.

At some point, the GOP will own the Clinton Email investigation, and every other scandal of the Obama Administration that was either covered up, or “investigated” only to cover them up. The GOP had held all three branches of government since January 2017. Wray is a GOP appointee, as is Sessions, Rosenstein, and the rest. How will the GOP escape blame for allowing these suspected crimes to go uninvestigated, let alone un-indicted by the Trump Justice Department? Are the big indictment coming in 2019, 2020, 2030? Are they going to raise Bill and Hillary Clinton from the dead as the GOP’s Talisman, so they can indictment long after the deeds were done, statue of limitations pass, key evidence is lost (or destroyed), witnesses are diseased or memories fade?

Most of what we know did not result from any government investigation. Third party conservative media have been the primary hawks, while Congressional committees have held tepid, long drawn out “investigations” that never resulted in anything of substance, namely subpoena’s or grand jury indictments.

I hate to sound like a broken record here, but I’ll believe the evidence I can see. If Comey and others did in fact obstruct justice in the Clinton email case, if we are only NOW learning the fact that the “missing emails” under Congressional subpoena were never actually missing, what difference does it make? NOTHING will be prosecuted.

At this point, Comey and McCabe cannot be guilty of obstruction of justice unless Sessions and Wray are as well. Who will prosecute? If in fact, Sessions ever does appoint a Special Counsel OUTSIDE OF JUSTICE to investigate, he/she/it will probably be the brother of Rosenstein, Wray’s third cousin, perhaps Sessions brother-in-law, who like Comey, Mueller, and Rosenstein have been “bedrock Republican’s all their lives”.

I’m sorry folks, but history is on my side on this. NOTHING will be prosecuted. Maybe someone like McCabe, Strzok, or Page will get a speeding tickets and have their pensions delayed a few years, but any of the primary actors, the Democrat partisans using the NSA to surveille American citizens since 2010 in behalf of Obama’s reelection, and then later Hillary’s, none of the Obama appointees who abused there offices and authority for partisan purposes will suffer any harm whatsoever.

I wish I were wrong. I hope I’m wrong. I just don’t believe it. We’re not seeing the activities that could result in a legitimate investigation, legal discovery, and prosecution. We’re seeing a cover-up, and trying to deny it’s happening, even as the clock clicks down.

PDJT’s key appointees at Justice have betrayed his Presidency. PDJT doesn’t have sufficient support in the GOP RINO Senate (why is it that throughout history, every friggin GOP Senate committee chairman and the Majority leader has been a GOP-e RINO?!). Without that support, he cannot get replacement appointees through the Senate for approval. That’s why I believe Sessions was either a GOP-e plant, or fatally compromised (i.e. with possible criminal indictments hanging over his or a family member’s head). The Democrats and/or GOP-e conspired to put a compromised Sessions at Justice, to support the current grand cover-up.

If that sounds like an insane scenario, it’s still better than believing that SuperSecretAGent Sessions is masterminding a hidden investigation of the Obama Administration conspirators, with “1000’s” of sealed, shadow indictments, even though such an investigation would be operating within a hostile, Democrat partisan filled Justice Department, from which nothing has leaked in over a year. No indictments, no indictments, not flipping of perps to rat on other bad guys, none of that is happening, yet we’re supposed to believe Sessions is secretly doing his job investigating the suspected crimes of the Obama Administration, and the following soft coup d’atat of the sitting President.

At least my “insane, unlikely” meme has some evidence behind it to back it up.

Sessions is weak. Rosenstein plays him like a fiddle. Wray is more swamp. Both are sickening to me. Hard to believe PDJT is elected and we’re left with Rosey (Sessions handler) and Get Wray running things.

I first thought that Sessions was asleep at the switch, but on further inspection he’s been going after the American people on things like pot legalization and Civil asset forfeiture, which if you search with Sessions name will show he LOVES Civil Asset Forfeiture and has been making the law stronger.
(CAF is an unconstitutional policy that allows LEOs to take people’s property without due process, put in effect during the early days of the war on drugs). It’s been abused beyond the pale for many years now. The last thing we need is this law made stronger.
So, Sessions can’t find the border to evict illegals but he can put a jackboot on the neck of citizens.

If your clock is a statute of limitations clock on bringing charges, keep this in mind.

The charges should include treason and sedition.

          Q. What does treason have in common with murder?

          A. No statute of limitations.

This has to be a bad sign for the Dems, the swamp, the Drive Byes, the Rinos, and the Deep State !!! These type reports, the Establishment has never wanted us to see, (one proof is the bleached Clinton emails). But this is also, a great sign os success for conservative news pages and of course, Judicial Watch.
