The things I can affect, I work with and plan for.
I learned the hard way, it is futile, for me anyway, to try to plan for the whims of what any boss may have in store. Keep my head down, do my job, and when things change, deal with it and carry on.
When it comes to the Ultimate Boss, he said very specifically that no one will know the time.
What that tells me is, if I were to anticipate it, I’d be wrong. God’s funny that way. He don’t play around, he means what he says every single time.
So, if it happens, it happens….but I personally won’t spend anytime pondering it…head down and grinding.
I mention this, because my wife badgers me with what iffs….
That solar eclipse bullshit with it travelling all over small town with biblical names…..she was wondering about the three days if darkness….I tell her in no complex terms that, that is bullshit and we don’t have time for these folks who get in the tube and try to grab attention for themselves.
I hate that shut with a passion.

I am apparently one of the few that also enjoys most M. Night Shamalamadingdong movies, specifically because they are generally clean, don’t use CGI, and focus on good old-fashioned plot and acting to entertain.
