NEWS JUNKIES -- CHECK OUT OUR HOMEPAGE

He’d rather live free.

Bruce Willis was asked to leave a Los Angeles Rite Aid on Tuesday after he refused to wear a mask, a spy tells Page Six.

The spy says people inside the store became upset that Willis, 65, wasn’t wearing a mask. We’re told the “Die Hard” star, who was photographed at the store without a mask on, walked away without making his purchase.

Just walked 4 miles at the Phil Hardberger park in San Antonio over the new land bridge with my dogs. Well over 90% of all people were wearing masks…..so sad.

I tried to acknowledge, loudly, everyone without a mask & tell them it was good to see some people still had a brain in San Antonio instead of walking OUTSIDE with a face diaper!

Timmay

I know, it’s mind boggling how so many people are sheepletons. I live in a “red” area, yet over 90% wear them – even in their cars by themselves, riding bikes, walking outside. Patheticly sad.

If he wanted to, Walter B. Willis could probably buy CVS/Rite-Aid for cash, then fire the [email protected] who manage and their stores.

Sure that would only cost 98 billion.

Self diagnostic check to determine if you are a RINO or a flaming liberal: 1) do you think you should be able to tell others how to run their own business or home? 2) Do you believe what you want trumps the rights of an individual or private business to require whatever they want for you to enter that business? If yes to 1 or 2, you are no Republican. You wouldn’t even make a good Russian. Venezuelan maybe. AOC flamer definitely. Your feelings and what you won’t don’t trump private property rights you bunch inbred liberal RINOs.

allonright

You’re right. And it’s Mr. Willis’ right to never shop at the lemming store again. Capitalism and freedom of choice is most certainly great; until it’s not.

Before the election we were having a Trump flag waving event in town. The cars with a single person wearing a mask were mainly Priuses with CA plates driven by women who are probably Karens. I’m glad they turned on the road to leave our state.

Wells Fargo scrubbed their banking website of all images of White men and and on the very rare occasion they have a White woman she’s pictured in an interracial relationship with a black male. It’s like white men do not exist. Been watching this for a few years now. Hate that bank.

Bunch of control freak commie RINOs is all you people are. CVS can run their private enterprise any way they see fit. You have no right to tell another man how to run his shop. Start your own business and run it the way you see fit and until then, stfu. Bunch of Commie RINOs. No better than AOC trying to run others lives.

Various businesses still operate under various sections of code and rules in the USA. A storefront that is open to the general public does not get to tell the people what articles of clothing to wear; otherwise, they could order you to wear a burka, rainbow shirts, or other ideological articles before entering. The only exceptions are when specific protect equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats, etc, are required, again, due to liability, regulations, or some obscure code. Masks do not qualify, especially not the dinky cloth dust masks people wear that don’t actually do anything.

Private property is supposed to be private property in the USA but the more you make your property open to the public, the more your rights shrink in place of the public. I doubt we need to go into the difference between publishers, media companies, and common carriers or why some are governed by section 230 but others are not.

I direct as much of my business at possible to non-maskhole businesses and I’m not going to tell good money to walk if someone doesn’t want to wear a mask at mine.

19 Corvids
19 Corvids

I shop at these small businesses like you describe instead of paying a bit less at the biggies like Home Depot or … and I’m about done with WalMart as well.

So glad you are speaking up with the truth. There are so many people who believe the myth that a business that is open to the public can do whatever it wants.

What you don’t seem to understand, Jomeey, is that CVS/Rite-Aid isn’t running their store ‘any way they see fit.’ They are being forced to run it by overbearing, overreaching and, probably, illegal government mandates.

There is NO evidence masks or social distancing work. THAT’s a fact. There is ample evidence that sunlight – Vitamin D – is the greatest disinfectant.

So please, STFU, because YOU are dumber than a fence post.

Fleabag

Fence posts are at least useful, productive, and support fences for 40-80 years. 😉

A private business that is a place of public accomodation is NOT above the law. They must obey the civil rights act of 1964. They cannot discriminate against people with disabilities, nor can they discriminate against people for their religious beliefs. They cannot infringe on free speech, either. They cannot make up unconstitutional rules and expect customers to follow them.

In addition, by requiring people to wear a medical device, they are practicing medicine without a liscence.

Actually he is not. I’ve met him twice, once in Charleston and again in Sun Valley (he remembered my wife and me the second time) and he is one of the nicest most genuine Hollywooders we ever met. His ex, Demi Moore … notsomuch. Biggest b***h you can imagine for a tiny woman but Bruce, he was almost apologetic for her in Charleston. I’m not calling you a liar but I would be absolutely shocked if what you are insinuating is true. He has a very measured way about him and a wryly guarded response mechanism that, perhaps, maybe, might be interpreted a certain way but once he opens-up to you he removes all doubt that he could be, in any way, a switch hitter. And anyway, if he is, who cares. He is one of the nicest guys in Hollywood and most certainly one of the more conservative …. although, in that regard, he has been forced to remain in the closet to some degree.

Jimmy John
Jimmy John

Maybe he’s Conservative, maybe not. We cannot read minds. What we do know is that entire industry exists to destroy America and freedom. People didn’t let the Nazis and their sympathizers off the hook for their crimes, why should Hollywood people be treated any different. Nazis only tried to destroy 6 million, Hollywood has no such limits on the lives they destroy.

I told the manager. I’m not sick. I have NO mask. Then walked out.

No Mask

I tested POS, isolated with no more symptoms than a mild flu and retested NEG. I kept both PCR tapes and do not wear a mask anywhere… after all, they tell you if you’ve had it you can’t get it again. If questioned, I pull out those two PCR test results and show them along with a CDC/NIH statement to support my not having to wear a mask. Only one grocery store has told me it was their policy and I left the cashier line with a full cart of groceries for them to restock and I don’t shop there anymore.
